Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Policy

We currently use the United States Postal Service for all shipping. You can expect to receive tracking information via email within 1 business day of shipment. Please note the shipping election (first class, priority, etc.) does not start until after our processing time of product completion (7-10 business days).

Once your order has been shipped, Rooted In Love Movement accepts no responsibility for loss of or any damage to your package. If there are any delays or concerns with your package once sent (including the rare case of your package not arriving) Rooted In Love Movement is not liable. We unfortunately have no control once it is with the United States Postal Service. In the instance your package is lost, we will do our best in contacting your local post office with the tracking number that was provided when the package was sent, however we encourage you to contact them as well.

Unfortunately, we are not able to give any refunds or resend orders in these circumstances.

Orders will typically be shipped within 7-10 business days of ordering. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 5 business days. We do not ship on Sundays or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Rooted In Love Movement cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax charges.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your product(s) for any reason, you can return or exchange the product(s).

You can exchange the product, return it for store credit or a refund to your original payment method for the cost paid, please account for any discounts received at the time of purchase. We will provide you with a return shipping label if needed upon your return request.

All products aside from body care products have a 10 day limit on a return or exchange. Products must be unworn, in the original packaging, and, if applicable, original tags still attached.

Body care products have a 10-day return or exchange limit due to their shelf life. These products must be in the original packaging and show limited usage. 

If the returned items do not satisfy these requirements, your return will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Please note any purchases made at community events are final sale - non refundable.

To return a purchased item, follow the steps below:
1. Email us with your order number and state which items you would like to return.
2. Package the products into their original packaging, ensuring products satisfy above requirements.
3. We will provide you with a free shipping label, place this label on your box 
4. Bring your package to your local USPS for processing!

We will need 7 days to process your return, we will send you an email once processed.

If applicable, your refund should be in your account within 7 to 14 business days depending on your bank.
